We use Flow Analysis to explore:
- Types of work being done
- Frequency and variation of work items
- Lead times for different work packages
- Overall system throughput
With this data we create a flow dashboard to zone in on the fixes that will have the biggest impact
Using KEDEHUB, we assess how efficiently the organization learns and adapts. This results in a KEDE (Knowledge Discovery Efficiency) analysis dashboard that helps us track the impact of any improvements.
We compile our findings—including interview insights, flow charts, and the KEDE dashboard—into a presentation. This serves as the foundation for a management workshop, where together we’ll identify key areas for improvement and define next steps based on the organization’s specific goals.
